Hi!. My name is Mark Dyck, host of the wildly popular blog “My Voice is in here somewhere“, which is also hosted at wordpress.com. As of May 28, 2007 readership of my personal blog has peaked at 3 people: my wife, my buddy Greg in Edmonton and possibly a friend in Saskatoon (might just be me from another computer.)
The point of the site is to share information about what’s happening in South Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. So does the author really matter? I think so, for two reasons:
- I’m not a fan of anonymous posting. I think it leads to a breakdown of civility. So I better tell you who I am.
- Lots of the posts are going to be laced with opinions. My opinions. Can’t help it really. As much as I’d like for the readers to bring 80% of the content with them, any post I write with have my unique and fascinating point of view.
So you deserve to know who’s writing this.
Want to talk one on one? Drop me a line, but beware that I have three layers of really good spam filters, so no machine communications, ok?
Mark
You indicated that you might be getting a plot at the new Saskferco/Grow Regina Community Gardens. You can now book/reserve/rent a garden plot on line. We have decided to join the 21st. century.
We have also decided to join the rest of the world and cater to those gardeners who do not want to farm a quarter section lot which is close to the norm for all Regina Gardens. We are offering plots from 100 to 600 sq. feet. This is a boon to the “senior” gardener who dosn’t want or need all the space.
If you want to add us to your links page, we would be happy.
Thanks, John Fagan
